Anny Ruth is a an unstoppable force. Her expansive farm on the slopes of San Salvador is quickly becoming known for producing some of the most interesting and exciting coffees coming out of the country today. She grows traditional varieties of Bourbon and Pacamara, focusing on defining her farm by excellence in sorting and processing. We visited Anny's farm, Finca Loma La Gloria last year and we were thoroughly impressed by her meticulous attention to detail and rigorous quality control measures. You can read all about that trip here. We were also honored to host Anny in our Amarillo storefront this year where she chatted with guests and introduced her coffee on our bar. Our partnership with Anny Ruth and Finca Loma La Gloria is one of our proudest and most rewarding achievements as a company, so we are thrilled to share with you her exceptional coffee. 

In the cup, expect a succulent sweet and balanced coffee with candied nuts and Fall spices in the fragrance and flavor. It has a mild, plum-like acidity making this an extremely drinkable, comfort food coffee.
