For this iteration of Epoch Espresso we did something a little unusual. It two coffees from our farmer partner, Anny Ruth Pimmentel, processed two different ways (washed and yellow honey). The washed version brings a toffee sweetness, heavy body and tasting notes of hazelnut and chocolate. The yellow honey version adds complexity to the blend with tasting notes of berry and cinnamon. Is it a blend? Yes. Is it a single origin coffee? Yes. Is it delicious? Extremely.
